This picture has been taken at
Trou aux Cerfs in Mauritius. Trou aux Cerfs is located on the
central plateau near Curepipe town. When you go up there, you
will have a beautiful view of the western part of the island,
you also see the different mountains which are Rempart Mountain,
Mont St Pierre and les Trois Mamelles. Trou aux Cerfs is a
dormant volcano, which has a diameter of around three hundred
metres and the depth is about eighty metres. Trou aux Cerfs is
one of the main attractions of the island. It is said that if
the weather is very clear you can even see the coast of Reunion
Island.
