Le St Aubin estate also produces
sugar. Le Saint Aubin is the last step of the Tea Route which
has as first step Domain des Aubineaux and as second step Bois
Cheri. The Saint Aubin estate also produces agricultural rum.
During the visit the visit will be able to see how the
agricultural rum of Mauritius is produced and also taste it.
Visitors are also able to buy the agricultural rum and
souvenirs. There is on the estate a colonial house which was
constructed in 1819 which has been partly converted in a
restaurant with Mauritian meal. |
