The Mauritius Golf
Open is an event organized in Mauritius every year since
1994. The Golf Open will every year at this period receive
seventy professional and over one hundred and fifty amateurs
from over twenty countries of the world.
The competitions
have often been organized at the Belle Mare Plage Resorts
which opened since 2002 with an eighteen holes golf course.
The golf course is known as The Links and has been designed
by Rodney Wright and Peter Alliss.

The Legend Golf
which is also an 18 holes golf course is located in
Bellemare and was opened since 1994. It is reserved to the
clients of the hotel and to Le Prince Maurice Hotel. The
Legend has been designed by Hugh Balocchi, a South African
Champion and is located at Bellemare
Still at Belle Mare
there is the golf course of Coco Beach Hotel at the
disposition of the clients of the hotel and is a nine holes
golf course.
The Ile Cerfs Golf
Course located in Ile aux Cerfs and is quite popular and
fabulous as located with a magnificent view on the ocean.
The golf course has been designed by Bernard Langer and is
an 18 holes golf course.

At Le Saint Geran
Hotel located in Flacq, Bellemare is found a nine holes golf
couse which has been designed by David Leadbetter.
The Trou aux Biches
golf course is a nine holes course which is opened to all
the clients of the Beachcomber resorts.
At Shandrani it is
a nine holes golf course which available to the guests.
At Paradis Hotel
located in Le Morne , there is an 18 holes golf which was
designed by David Dutton a South African.
