Air Mauritius has
been created in June 1967, but it was only in 1972 that it
started operating as airline. Air Mauritius serves over
thirty destinations with around eighty flights per week.
The airline is
known as offering a very good service. The fleet of Air
Mauritius consists of, 7 Airbus A340-300, 2 Airbus A319-100,
2 ATR 72-500, 3 Bell Jet Ranger.
There have been no
important incidents or accidents known with Air Mauritius
the only known incident was in August 2007 on an Airbus
A340-300 on flying to Hong Kong where there was severe
turbulence around thirty minutes before landing.
