Domaine des Aubineaux is the
first step of the Tea Route through Bois Cheri. On the domain
which is huge there is a colonial house which has been built in
1872. The colonial house has been now converted in a museum
which forms part of the Tea Route. During your visit you will
learn all about tea and rum. In the museum you will discover a
large collection of photos of colonial houses which has been
demolished. There is not any so much colonial houses in
Mauritius Island. In the past a lot of people didn’t the
importance of those colonial houses. But there are still some
which can be seen as at Domain des Aubineaux.
