Chamarel is one of the main
attractions of Mauritius and always forms part of the tours
organized in the island. The seven colored earth make the small
village of Chamarel very popular. In the past it was just a
normal small village located in the west side of Mauritius near
Flic en Flac and Tamarin. The seven colors earth is volcanic
molten rock, the volcanic rocks became ashes after erosion
reaction on a
very long period of time. Mauritius has a large number of
attractions very interesting and wonderful. In Chamarel there is
also the parc adventure with different activities for children
