Mauritius is an island located in
the Indian Ocean and is a small point on the world map. The
island is considered as the paradise of the Indian Ocean.
Mauritius Island is itself surrounded with islets. Islets are
actually small islands where there are usually no inhabitants.
But there are on some of the islets of Mauritius house which has
been built. From Cap Malheureux beach you will have a
magnificent view on the islets of the north. The northern coast
of Mauritius is actually the only side of the island where there
is so many small islands. The islets are Coin de Mire, Round
Island, Flat Island, and Serpent Island. Most the islets are
nature reserves and you can find on them endemic plants and
reptiles. |
