Indian temple is something that you will see very often in Mauritius Island as well as church and mosque. The picture of the temple has been taken in Cap Malheureux, a fishing village in the north of Mauritius Island. The largest population of Mauritius is Indian. The sacred place and also an attraction in Mauritius is Grand Bassin. Grand Bassin is a sacred lake and there are also temples around the lake, once a year the Indian community of Mauritius make a pilgrimage to the lake, it is on Maha Shivaratri.
