In Cap Malheureux, which is a
small village in the north of Mauritius, there is a large number
of fishermen living along the beach. The fisherman family live
actually mostly from fishing and small jobs as with fishing they
never know, sometimes they may come with enough fish to sell or
sometimes just enough to eat for the family. The village of Cap
Malheureux is very beautiful; there is a wonderful view from the
beach. Grand Bay which is highly developed for a village as it
had a tourist boom some years is only a few kilometres away from
Cap Malheureux.
