In Le Saint Aubin property there
is not only the fabulous colonial but also an andreanum
plantation. Andreanum flowers have different colors, they can be
white, pink or red. But the most common color of the andreanum
is red. The andreanum is also known as anthurium. The flower
looks usually like a heart. The anthurium is a flower that is
often bought by tourists and packed for them to bring back with
them. In Europe for example the andreanum flowers is much more
expensive than in Mauritius. In Mauritius Island you will find
anthrurium plants in almost every Mauritian garden. |
